The Moon is that beautiful thing you see in the sky at night time, it is white and blackish, it looks small from where you are but it amazingly huge. The first man on the moon was named Neil Armstrong and he was very brave for going up to the moon, he was born on August 5th 1930 and he died in August 25 2012, he will go down in history. The moon is 384,400km away from the earth and that is why it looks so small. The moon orbits the earth. It is 4.527 billion years old. The moon can also look a different colour from earth when the earth comes between the moon and the sun which happens very rarely.
